Landscape proposals to a new student residential unit seeking planning permission within the city of Oxford.  The grounds have a privileged location on the banks of the river Thames.  The proposals include new courtyard gardens, restoration of an existing flood alleviation pond, and re-in statement of a woodland garden and stream.
